Our primary aim is to provide high quality accommodation, support and services tailored to meet the individual needs of local authorities and their clients.

Support and services are delivered through professionally qualified staff that has experience in supporting people and identifying individual long term requirements. We believe in promoting independent living by delivering the right program of care which can include health, education, employment and vocational training.

Our clients should feel safe and secure in their environment as well as building a trusting relationship with staff that will enable them to realise their full potential and access positive opportunities and experiences.

The directors of Alice Blu have over 40 years combined knowledge and experience in working within the housing and social care sector. One of the directors is a qualified social worker who has worked with a number of local authorities for the past 15 years. Her experience as a social worker includes; providing local authorities and service users with advice and consultancy, management experience in child protection, asylum seeking children, therapeutic intervention services, social work experience in child protection and working within the child in need team, looked after children’s team, legal and care proceedings team, adoption and fostering team, adult mental health and youth offending team.

Our second director has over 25 years experience in providing high quality accommodation and living solutions to the private and social housing sector. He is also involved in the planning and development of residential and commercial buildings. This includes individual houses, cul-de-sac developments, blocks of flats, mansions, hotel developments and commercial properties. Experiences include providing local authorities with emergency supported housing, shared tenancy and safe housing.

The majority of properties utilised by Alice Blu are owned and include flats, houses and commercial buildings. There are also over 700 properties available through our established partner organisation. All properties are to a high standard and meet local authority requirements and can be setup to cater for local authority and client’s individual needs. We also have our own repairs and maintenance staff.
